About the interview
We believe in the power of personal meetings, so we conduct the interviews in person, at the headquarters of the company. We try to create a stress-free environment so that the interview can be a success.
Competitive base salary and performance-linked bonus
Our employees get a base salary and may receive bonuses/rewards according to a performance-linked bonus system. The bonus is defined as a certain percent of the salary, based on the performance of customized indicators.
Trainings and education
It is important for us that our employees’ IT skills are always up to date and that they continuously improve their professional skills. We are urged to do this both by the rapid development of the IT field and by our desire to respond to our customers’ needs.
This is why we provide professional trainings and courses to our employees that are essential for their work. Our company is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, so our colleagues also participate in the mandatory trainings and exams required by Microsoft.
We have team building events at least twice a year. These events are always cheerful occasions and old and new colleagues have the chance to get to know each other better.
